What do you sell?
We sell downloadable digital planners and organizational templates.
Will I receive a physical product?
No. All products are digital downloads. Nothing will be shipped physically.
How do I receive my purchase?
After your payment is completed, your download will be made available through your order confirmation.
What file formats are included?
Most planners are provided as PDF files unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Can I print my planner?
Yes. Most of our planners are designed to be printable.
Can I use the planner on my tablet?
Yes. Our planners are compatible with many PDF annotation applications used on tablets and computers.
What if I cannot download my files?
Please contact our support team, and we will assist you as quickly as possible.
What is your refund policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days. Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
